Privacy notice
Template, not legal advice. Written as a starting point under Israel’s Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, including Amendment 13. Have it reviewed by a lawyer before relying on it. The Hebrew version is the primary one.

Who is responsible
This site and its form are operated by pressdev (“we”). Privacy questions and requests: contact@pressdev.dev.
What we collect
- Your name, phone and/or email (at least one), and business name or type if you add it.
- The service, package, budget range, your message, and preferred contact method and time.
- Your confirmation that you read this notice.
The form also sends technical details: the page you sent it from and the page you landed on, the referring site, campaign parameters (UTM and gclid) if the link had them, the savings-calculator estimate if you used it, the button you clicked, page language and how long the form took to fill (for spam filtering). Campaign parameters are kept in your browser’s sessionStorage only until you close the tab.
We do not ask for ID numbers, payment details or sensitive data. Please don’t include them in your message.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, understand what you need and prepare a proposal.
- To manage the enquiry (status, follow-up reminders).
- To understand, in aggregate, which pages and campaigns bring enquiries.
No marketing emails without separate consent. We never sell or rent your data.
Do you have to provide it?
There is no legal obligation. Without a name and a way to reach you (phone or email) we can’t reply. Other fields are optional.
Where it is stored and who sees it
- Enquiries are stored in a Google Sheet in pressdev’s Google Workspace account and sent as a notification to our mailbox.
- Google acts as our service provider (Firebase Hosting, Sheets and email); its servers may be outside Israel.
- Access is limited to the people handling enquiries, with two-factor authentication.
- We don’t share it with other third parties unless required by law or you ask us to.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don’t turn into a project are deleted or anonymised within 24 months of the last contact. If we work together, data is kept as long as the work needs it and as record-keeping obligations require.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by writing to contact@pressdev.dev. We reply within 30 days. You may also complain to the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority.
Cookies and analytics
No advertising cookies. If Google Analytics is enabled, it loads only after you accept it in the cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer. Your choice is stored in your browser (localStorage).
We also count visits anonymously and without cookies: the page viewed, the referring site (its name only), device type and language. No IP address, persistent identifier or personal details are stored; the statistics are kept in Google Firebase (Firestore). Details you send through the form are stored there too, only so we can reply to you.
Changes
If this notice changes we’ll update this page and its date.
